Enhance and inspire the lives of all women in Utah.

The Utah Women’s Summit is a celebration of the unique culture of Utah and the amazing women who work and live here. This conference is an opportunity for attendees to network, learn, and change the way the world sees Utah women. Women in Utah are strong, educated, multi-talented, charitable, and vivacious.

Business

Driven, passionate, hardworking women are taking on more managerial and leadership positions around Utah. With this growing presence comes a growing necessity to provide a balanced work/family lifestyle.

Balance

Utah’s culture has women wearing a variety of titles, such as mother, wife, provider, friend, socialite, and many others. With these titles come expectations and responsibilities that make it increasingly more important to find balance with those expectations to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Education

A college education or work force training is more than just a gateway to an affluent lifestyle. Education has implications that reach beyond the workplace, such as increased life satisfaction, a healthier lifestyle, heightened self-esteem, and much more.

Workshops

Out of the Box Businesses

Listen and learn from three successful women whose career path was more out of the box than traditional.  Find out how they found their passion, how they made it succeed, and the skills and strategies needed to continue to keep it going.  Whether you consider yourself an entrepreneur or are looking for new ideas, Alison Faulkner, Angela H Brown, and Vanessa Quigley are sure to get you thinking.  Moderated by Anne Bastien.

Dear Stress, Let’s Break Up

Let the team from the Treehouse Athletic Club help tackle your least favorite work friend: Stress.  Learn why it happens, tips and tricks on how to deal with it, and how to not let it ruin your workday.  No matter what job title you have, Annemarie Christopulos, Dr. Shawn Talbott, Ph. D., and Lisa Mathews, will be able to help.

Essentialism

Learn how to get more things done by getting the right things done.  Stop trying to do it all.  Stop saying yes to everyone.  Start making your contributions to the things that matter.  Learn that you can DO less and BE more with Christine Homer and Cynthia Shumway.
